Patrick

Patrick combines his passions for yoga and breathwork coaching.

He specializes in working with the breath in a scientific way while connecting the dots between ancient practice, the person who is practicing, personal healing and self realization. Making his teachings accessible to all levels and bringing your mind and body into a calm and altered state.

His love for the movement practice comes from a young age starting in the world of martial arts. Seeing there the connection between all these practices of movement, breath and meditation. All these paths lead to personal growth, self realization, self healing and expansion of our consciousness. That's where his passions come in to coach and teach people these powerful tools that we need now more than ever. Giving people the power to use these practices for themselves whenever they feel they need it.

He is also a firefighter and an engineer combining all his skills in very different areas. Teaching yoga to first responders and supporting them with breathwork skills through more difficult times. Using a no nonsense approach for real life situations to empower oneself. Amelie

With Amélie, the phrase “yoga is not a work out, it’s a work in” takes all its meaning. She focuses on gentler forms of yoga : yin, restorative and nidra, and likes to always start her classes with some pranayama and/or meditation.

Amélie always tells her students to allow their practice to meet them wherever they are at in that moment, and to not force themselves into shapes just for the sake of it. For this reason, she encourages her students to use as many props as they need, in order for the body to feel completely at ease and relaxed. While she guides her students into a practice, giving modifications when needed, she empowers them to use their own personal agency, to listen to themselves and their body, so they can choose between exploring their edge into a posture, or taking a milder, more restorative approach.

For her, yoga is a mean for self-discovery, and she likes to give her classes a personal development touch. She has a calm and nurturing energy, that is an invitation to slow down and relax. Her classes mostly focus on calming the nervous system, and finding peace, trust and stillness, even in the midst of the chaos of our busy lives.

Mari

Maria Rita is not just an art lover, she is an artist herself. By using her expertise and knowledge when it comes to different painting techniques she is able to create amazing artwork. She started to realise how art can be a support and a vehicle when it comes to explore emotional, behavioural, physical and mental struggles. Painting can help that silent part of us to talk and manifest. She uses different techniques to enable students to discover their own language using the creative process that belongs and is an exquisite part of the art universe.

Maria Rita loves to express herself through painting since she was a young child, starting by reproducing some of the most famous Renaissance artworks. During the last pandemy, she found the courage and strength to give space again to her artistic calling, going back to the workroom, exploring new techniques and attending art courses by master painters.

Maria Rita creates a special and safe place to allow art therapy moments. Few know that simply through brushstrokes and watercolours, you can find awareness, intention and creative expression meant to give yourself space. Allowing your inner self and yourself to manifest. Art is something spontaneous that can help you to find peace during times of turmoil and, let’s be honest, also to relax when you are in distress and to create joy from glimpses of gloom.

Daliya

My practice is a carefully curated fusion of various styles, including the fluidity of Vinyasa, the strength of Ashtanga, the balance of Hatha, the vitality of Power, the force of breathing techniques, and the essence centered on the core of Pilates and classical ballet. This harmonious blend allows me to dynamically lead my students with purpose, highlighting the sacred architecture of the body and aligning every movement with conscious breathing. Embracing this mindful approach, my lessons reveal the hidden

depths of physical and mental capabilities, surpassing common expectations and encouraging participants to explore their true potential. During my teachings, I emphasize the vital role of pranayama, the art of breath control, as an essential component of yoga. I firmly believe that pranayama is fundamental not only for physical well-being but also plays a key role in promoting mental health. Breath is the bridge between the body and the mind, and through pranayama, I guide my students to harness its power to reduce stress, improve concentration, and promote overall balance.

Through my lessons, I aim to guide students on a transformative journey, helping them connect with their inner essence and awakening the vibrant life force within them. My ability to create an inclusive and welcoming environment fosters a sense of belonging among participants, enabling them to embark on their path to well-being.

I believe that my holistic approach to yoga, with a strong emphasis on pranayama and its benefits for physical and mental health, is the key to achieving complete well-being.

Sophie

I grew up in South of France, as a kid I was always ups side down so that was not a surprise that I started gymnastics then became a professional dancer. I’ve been all around the world, dancing on TV shows and with famous artists (Shakira, Shy'm,...).

I’ve injured my shoulder while I was on tour and had to get surgery. After years of pain and rehabilitaiton I’ve discovered Yoga that help me to reconnect with my body, and turn on the light inside me.

Yoga brought so much happiness and beautiful discovery that I wanted to become a teacher to be able to share my passion and my experience with others. I've done my 200h ytt in south of France then went to do a 300h ytt with Dylan Werner. Wanted to learn more I did several training or workshops with Adam Husler, Daniel Rama, Hiro Landazuri and Mathieu Boldron.

I love to bring you to crazy asanas or poses that you'll never think you could do, in an easy way, make them accessible for everyone. My classes are full of positive energy, I like to boost my students self confidence and make them feel in a safe place. You will have music in my classes and all the asana will be connected with some of my favorite dance move.
