Hi there! Have some questions about your next Retreat? Find the answers below. 

  • How many spaces are available?

    To keep the retreat intimate we only have 10 spaces available. This allows us to provide plenty of personal attention during the practice sessions and have group discussions where everyone has the opportunity to feel heard & seen.

  • Are the practices suitable for all levels?

    The aim of the retreat is to create a space where you can really deep dive into your practice. That goes beyond the physical asanas & includes the energetic nuances too. Having taught regularly mixed level studio classes, both Eli and Patrick  are skilled at accommodating a wide variety of bodies & abilities. The sessions will be accessible to established beginners (with a steady practice), as well as intermediate & advanced practitioners. This retreat is not intended for complete beginners who are looking to start yoga.

  • Do you cater for food sensitivities, allergies and other dietary choices?

    Our chefs for the week will be serving vegan and vegetarian food/meals. Please make sure to inform us of any dietary needs/allergies when you book your spot. Any last changes need to be communicated at least 3 weeks before the start of the retreat otherwise we will not be able to assist.


  • Can I get a full refund?

    If for some unforeseen reason you are no longer able to participate to the retreat the following policy in in place:


    Cancellation 3 months before retreat - Full refund (service & admin charge of 100 Euros applies extra).


    Cancellation 8 weeks before retreat - 50% refund (service & admin charge of 100 Euros applies extra).


    Cancellation 4 weeks before retreat -  No refund (unless you find someone to take your place).

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    If for some unforeseen reason you are no longer able to participate to the retreat the following policy in in place:



    Cancellation - 50% refund on the full amount of the retreat (service & admin charge of 100 Euros applies extra).



    Cancellation 1 month before retreat -  No refund (unless you find someone to take your place).

  • Can I bring my non-practicing partner/friend/child with me??

    Unfortunately non-practicing individuals cannot be accommodated on this retreat as we are trying to create a space where you can fully devote your attention/focus on your journey.

  • How do I get there?

    We suggest you to Fly on Mexico City Airport (MEX). The fastest way to get from Mexico City Airport (MEX) to Tepoztlán is to taxi which takes 1h 10m and costs €35 - €45
