A land of staggering natural beauty and cultural complexities, of dynamic megacities and hill-tribe villages, Vietnam is both exotic and compelling.
Situated near the southern margin of the Red River Delta, Ninh Binh has a spectacular landscape of limestone karst peaks permeated with valleys, many of them partly submerged and surrounded by steep, almost vertical cliffs.
Ninh Binh is a region of spectacular rural beauty. You will find beautiful landscapes, rock formations so similar to those found in Ha Long Bay but on land, temples and many of them very hidden, large temples, caves, lagoons, rivers where it is possible to navigate, stories, legends. Ninh Binh is a very quiet area, where you hardly find tourism (except very specific months such as July and August) there are months that you may not come across any other traveler.
You have many options of places to visit, the area contains temples, pagodas, paddy-fields and small villages.
